Pain that lasts more than 3 months is classified as chronic and often requires a different approach than acute pain. Nicole has been trained in the "Explain Pain" approach and has had amazing success in helping patients with chronic pain such as CRPS and fibromyalgia.
Nicole also works with clients with hypermobility disorders such as EDS and HSD and is well aware of the challenges faced when trying to find a health professional who understands these conditions. Her approach is gentle and adaptable to ensure that pain and function can be improved while compensating for related concerns such as POTS, MCAS and systemic involvement of EDS.
